Our Journey

Founded with a vision to bridge the digital gender gap in Malaysia, our organization emerged from the recognition that technology could be a powerful equalizer when made accessible to all.

We began with coding bootcamps for young women in Penang and have since expanded to digital literacy initiatives across rural Sabah and advocacy campaigns for workplace inclusivity nationwide.

Each program is rooted in empathy and equity — ensuring that technology serves as a platform for visibility, voice, and growth for women and gender-diverse individuals.

To advance gender equity through digital empowerment by creating inclusive pathways for women and gender-diverse individuals to access education, leadership, and entrepreneurship opportunities in Malaysia's digital economy.
